Meridian Rehabilitation is hiring! We are excited to announce that we will be part of the Kelowna Family Connections Center (FCC), a new initiative by the BC government to improve the quality of life for children and youth who have support needs. In preparation for this new program rolling out in the spring of 2023, we are looking to hire 5 SLPs and 5 OTs to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for SLPs and OTs interested in having a pediatric caseload to join our Kelowna team.

The only way for Meridian to meet this impossible deadline is to accept every resume that comes across their desk. We’re supposed to be excited about the bottom of the barrel? Also, they’re proudly an “employee-owned” company which is great, but will that make it harder to get rid of any duds they hire and so the FCC will be stuck with them forever?

There is no way this isn’t going to be a nightmare and it’s so weird that CEO Shane is still trying to convince us that it’ll work. Why isn’t he begging for more time to do it right? Why is MCFD so excited to sabotage their own project? SLOW DOWN THERE ARE KIDS HERE.
